OGG-01091 Appears In ggserr.log When Stopping Manager Process (Doc ID 2753034.1)

Symptoms

When stopping Manager process, OGG-01091 error sometimes appears in ggserr.log

(example of error messages in ggserr.log)
2021-02-03T00:21:40.664+0900 ERROR OGG-01091 Oracle GoldenGate Command Interpreter for Oracle: Unable to open file "<GG_HOME>\dirpcs\MGR.pcm" (error 2, The system cannot find the file specified).
2021-02-05T00:21:30.705+0900 ERROR OGG-01091 Oracle GoldenGate Command Interpreter for Oracle: Unable to open file <GG_HOME>\dirpcs\MGR.pcm (error 5, Access is denied).
2021-02-05T00:22:10.815+0900 ERROR OGG-01091 Oracle GoldenGate Command Interpreter for Oracle: Unable to open file <GG_HOME>\dirpcs\MGR.pcm (error 32, The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process).

 

Changes

"info all" command is executed via GGSCI during stopping Manager process.
