An .XLSX Document From Capture Causes An Imaging Basic Viewer Error Upon Opening The Last Page

Symptoms
Two separate emails containing two different .XLSX document attachments went through the Capture Import Processor and Document Conversion processor to convert them to TIFF before being directly committed to Imaging. When opening the image in the Imaging Basic Viewer, it works fine until the last page is opened. At that point, the Basic Viewer throws error:
The .XLSX documents are 98 and 169 pages, respectively. Other .XLSX files do not throw this error. The original TIFF file opens correctly in a TIFF Viewer program such as Windows Photos.
In addition to the above problem, the Basic Viewer hangs at this point, not allowing any other documents to be opened. And, the email body page appears as the next to last page of the TIFF file instead of the very last page.
