Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Deployment

ORA-12899: value too large for column ""<PREFIX>_SOAINFRA"."SCA_COMMON_FAULT"."JNDI_LOCATION"

Performing a Web Service invoke to a dynamic endpointURI. The Endpoint URI is long. The call fails. SOA log file shows a huge stacktrace.
