Symptoms

Application will not get authenticated or when the page is public, Friendly URLs set On and Automatic Time Zone set On.
When accessing application it gives error ERR-1002 Unable to find item ID for item "" in application "xxxxx".



Changes

 The BUG 30876025 didn't resolve this issue and this is new behavior.
