DIP 12c Stops Working After Applying Latest OID Bundle Patch With DIP-10534 Error in Completing One Iteration of a Synchronization Profile (Doc ID 2754183.1)

After applying the latest OID Bundle Patch, eg, DIP stops working and the wls_ods1 logs show this error:

It has also been reported that this error may appear in the logs while DIP (provisioning) works intermittently.
