Max Post Size Default Value '-1' Doesn't Work As Expected (Doc ID 2754355.1)

By default Weblogic HTTP Max Post Size value is set to -1.

As per documentation, the description for Max Post Size is as below:

But it is observed that for some requests, Weblogic is reading the Post data, only till 8192 bytes and remaining is ignored.
