Symptoms

Cannot create a connection to source on OGG MA.
Can connect through sqlplus and also ping the TNS using tnsping but on Administration Server getting the following error

Code: OGG-08110
Severity: Error
Title: Login failed.OCI Error ORA (status = 12154-ORA-12154:TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified )

When trying to connect from adminclient, it fails with

OGG (not connected) 1> connect http://<hostname>/<IP Adress>:<Port no> deployment <deployment name> AS <username> password <password>
The Oracle GoldenGate Service Manager at 'http://<hostname>/<IP Adress>:<Port no>' is not available.
