Non-breaking Space(&nbsp) In JSF Web Pages Not Working After Applying October 2020 PSU (Doc ID 2754705.1)

Symptoms

The JSF application code contains Non-breaking space( &nbsp) and it is expected that code containing non-breaking space(&nbsp) should be replaced by a space.

Example:
The application code contains Non-breaking space(&nbsp )

 Which means that the space that is expected with &nbsp doesn't gets rendered in the browser.

This problem occurs after applying OCT PSU 31961038 to WLS 12.2.1.3 server.

Changes

 Applied OCT PSU 31961038 to WLS 12.2.1.3 server.
