Symptoms

After upgrading to Oracle Enterprise Data Quaility (EDQ) 12.2.1.4.0 and Tomcat 9.0.43 version, the EDQ Director page does not open and the following message presents:

Upgrade from EDQ 11.1.1.7.3.(1050) on Tomcat 7.0.96 to EDQ 12.2.1.4.0 on Tomcat 9.0.43
