Java.lang.AssertionError: Driver TG Support Is Disabled But Server Still Sent LTXID Piggyback When Using Replay Connections (Doc ID 2754916.1)

Symptoms

An application using JDBC 19.7 with enabled assertions throws the following exception when using replay connections:

java.lang.AssertionError: Driver TG support is disabled but server still sent LTXID piggyback
