Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version

After upgrade from 12.2.1.2 to 12.2.1.4, Namespace in custom xpath expression throws error

We have upgraded our Oracle product from 12.2.1.2 to 12.2.1.4 and we are facing below issues.

1. Namespace in custom xpath expression throws error as "prefix not defined in static context" and due to this validation fails.
