APEX upgraded to 20 now in Wwv_flow package Variable G_user_id is missing (Doc ID 2755071.1)

Symptoms

On : APEX 20.2 version, Admin

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The package wwv_flow package do not have g_user_id variable  anymore

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Have the g_user_id variable as it was present in APEX 4

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to APEX 20
2. Inspect the new package wwv_flow package and notice it does not have g_user_id variable anymore
3. Inspect same package from APEX 4 and find the variable in the package
