Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Conversion

Certain contents are getting stuck in GENWWW state with following conversion error

ERROR
-----------------------
The conversion job [number] cannot be returned from provider [IBR Provider]. The Inbound Refinery did not return any files. This item will need to be resubmitted after errors on the Inbound Refinery are corrected.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up sas7bdat in Configuration Manager (application/sas7bdat - set to use DirectPDFExport)
2. Checkin a large file
3. Observe timeout error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot checkin large sas7bdat files.
