HTTP Extended Logging Config Changes in WebLogic Server Template Does Not Work (Doc ID 2755417.1)

Symptoms

 When a new field is added to the HTTP Extended Logging configurations of the WebLogic Server Template, the expected field in the Access Log does not appear. Restart of WebLogic Server also does not help.
