Node Manager Fails to Start via WLST when ORACLE_HOME is on Shared File System (Doc ID 2756246.1)

Symptoms

The Fusion Middleware (FMW) domain is spanned across multiple machines, FMW Product installation (ORACLE_HOME using KSS Keystores) is on the shared file system while domain is local to each host. Node Manager on all the machines starts successfully using startNodeManager.sh script. When the Node Manager is started via WLST it starts successfully on the machine where domain was originally created and fails to start on the other hosts. Domain is extended to all other machines using Pack and Unpack commands.

Following error shows having nodemanager.properties LogLevel set to ALL:
