Undesired Files are Returned when Doing Searches in the Content Manager Task Flow in WebCenter Portal (Doc ID 2756363.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Searching in the Content Manager task flow returns undesired files.
These are public files that should not be seen in the search results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Do not expect to see those files.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Upload some files to content server and set the security group to public.
     
  2. Connect to WebCenter Portal.
     
  3. Add a Content Manager task flow to a page in a portal.
     
  4. View the page.
     
  5. In the content manager task flow select: Browse > Search
    The search returns the public files.
