Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, OSB Core Functionality

After disabling the HTTP port for the admin server through Oracle WebLogic, we are seeing a Test Console Error via the Oracle Service Bus.

This error goes away when we re-enable the HTTP port for the admin server but long term we want to disable it.
