Viewing an Asset's Revision History Creates and Leaves XML Files in CCURL Directory (Doc ID 2757427.1)

Symptoms

Revision Tracking files are not being created in /Storage/rtStorage/ but instead are found in the ccurl directory. These are not being deleted and the files keep accumulating in the folder which is impacting asset access/viewing performance.
