Can The JDBC Thin Driver Be Configured For RADIUS Authentication In Property Files? (Doc ID 2758752.1)

Last updated on MARCH 12, 2024

Applies to:

JDBC - Version 19.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

There is a third party application using the JDBC thin driver configured to use RADIUS authentication. Per the JDBC Developer's Guide - JDBC Client-Side Security Features, the java source code should be configured by adding properties to the connection object, such as like CONNECTION_PROPERTY_THIN_NET_AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES.
Since the application source cannot be acessed for modification, is there an option with JDBC Thin to configure RADIUS through property file configuration?
