Data Pump is Abending Continuously Due To OGG-01031 (Doc ID 2758773.1)

Symptoms

After terminating Data Pump process unexpectedly, restarting Data Pump is abended continuously due to OGG-01031

WARNING OGG-06591 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, <Data Pump>.prm: Reading the output trail file <trail file> encounters an error from position <RBA>, rescan from the file header to recover.
ERROR     OGG-01031 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, <Data Pump>.prm: There is a problem in the communication with the Collector/Receiver Server. (Reply received is 'Unable to open file "<trail file>" (error 0, The operation completed successfully.)').
ERROR     OGG-01668 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, <Data Pump>.prm: PROCESS ABENDING.

On Target server, OGG-01223 with "Unable to open file" messages appear.

INFO         OGG-01669 Oracle GoldenGate Collector for Oracle: Opening <trail file> (byte -1, current EOF <RBA>).
WARNING OGG-01223 Oracle GoldenGate Collector for Oracle: Unable to open file "<trail file>" (error 0, The operation completed successfully.).

Changes

Data Pump process is terminated unexpectedly.
