Symptoms
After terminating Data Pump process unexpectedly, restarting Data Pump is abended continuously due to OGG-01031

WARNING OGG-06591 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, <Data Pump>.prm: Reading the output trail file <trail file> encounters an error from position <RBA>, rescan from the file header to recover.
ERROR OGG-01031 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, <Data Pump>.prm: There is a problem in the communication with the Collector/Receiver Server. (Reply received is 'Unable to open file "<trail file>" (error 0, The operation completed successfully.)').
ERROR OGG-01668 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, <Data Pump>.prm: PROCESS ABENDING.
