Symptoms
When querying based on a look up data item of format mask other than 'YYYY/MM/DD HH24:MI:SS' fails with FRM-40505 error accompanied by any of the following ORA errors.
ORA-1861: literal does not match format string
ORA-1847: day of month must be between 1 and last day of month
ORA-1830 - date format picture ends before converting entire format string
Error: Invalid query criteria on lookup items
