Unable to deploy project after making access permissions changes in task file (Doc ID 2759163.1)

Symptoms


After making a change to the access permissions for a task and during redeploying of the project, the deployment fails with the following error.

The issue can be reproduced by removing the Creator's "View Task" permission, as well as by changing other various permissions.
