Identity Manager - Version 12.2.1.4.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
In a 12.2.1.4 environment where Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and OAM components are integrated using the LDAP connector, when a user gets created or modified in OIM there are a set of custom event handlers that get executed based on certain conditions. All of the custom event handlers use UserManager API to modify the attributes. The event handlers get executed successfully and the attributes get updated as expected. However OIM logs show the following errors for each of these event handlers.
The logs also show that OIM retries to send this notification multiple times before it times out eventually. This causes a delay in the user processing adding overall performance issues.
