Cannot login to the BPM workspace as weblogic user

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After installing the BPM product or migrating to 12.2.x the user cannot login to the BPM workspace as weblogic with an error claiming that the weblogic user cannot be found on jazn.xml
However, the regular users defined on Active Directory can login without any issue
