WebService Fails on Basic Authentication from ws_utc Client After WebLogic Upgraded from 10.3.6 to 12.2.1.3 (Doc ID 2760232.1)

Symptoms

Following error is shown on the WebLogic Webservices Client Application (ws_utc client), when invoking a Webservice deployed on WebLogic having passed the login credentials.

Issue can be reproduced as below.

1. Login to ws_utc client application.

2. Invoke the target Webservice passing the authentication credentials.

3. Below error is noticed.
