JDBC/thin SSL encryption only configuration using JKS (Doc ID 2760373.1)

 When connecting using JDBC/thin with SSL with a JKS wallet for the purpose of encryption, a trust store is needed, however a key store is not needed.

The key store is only needed if SSL authentication is talking place.

In this case the database is assumed to be configured with SSL_CLIENT_AUTHENTICATION = FALSE
