Goal
When connecting using JDBC/thin with SSL with a JKS wallet for the purpose of encryption, a trust store is needed. However, a key store is not needed.
The key store is only needed if SSL authentication is taking place.
In this case the database is assumed to be configured with SSL_CLIENT_AUTHENTICATION = FALSE
