Capture process cannot start with OGG-00303.

ERROR   OGG-00303  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, <capture>.prm:  Missing ASM instance name for TRANLOGOPTION.
ERROR   OGG-01668  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, <capture>.prm:  PROCESS ABENDING.
