Failed to scan [file:<PATH>/lib/oraclepki.jar] from classloader hierarchy java.io.FileNotFoundException: <PATH>/lib/oraclepki.jar

JBoss

Class Path entry oraclepki.jar in <PATH>/ojdbc8.jar does not point to a valid jar for a Class-Path reference.
