Symptoms

When creating a replication agreement between Primary and Clone as part of MDC, below error is displayed on running command on policy manager on Primary

curl -v -u username:password -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -X POST 'http://<OAM_SERVER_FQDN:POLICY_MGR_PORT>/oam/services/rest/_replication/setup' -d '{"name":"Name","source":"source","target":"target","documentType":"RUNTIME_ENTITY"}'

Output: "Internal_ERR"
