OIM user provisioning to applications are failing with error message.

 In the logs below exception is thrown.
tcITResourceInstanceOperationsBean/updateWithCredentialStoreData: Error getting data from Credential Store encounter some problems: access denied ("oracle.security.jps.service.credstore.CredentialAccessPermission" "context=SYSTEM,mapName=itresource,keyName=105" "read")
