GoldenGate 19c Microservices - working with multiple ServiceManagers and Deployments

1. Managing OGG instances/services from AGCTL (XAG) is not working properly

2. Unable to start ServiceManagers/AdminServers from one deployment but works fine from other deployment.

3. Distpath Added in adminclient is not showing up in Web UI. But backend functionality works fine.

4. How to merge multiple deployments which are running under different ServiceManagers into Single ServiceManager.
