How to migrate SAP Enterprise Portal connector Version: 9.0.4.12 (https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E10384_01/doc.904/e11211/toc.htm) from a OIM 11g solution (11.1.1.3.0) to OIM 12c (12.2.1.4.0);
As there is no SAP EP connector for OIM 12c.
