Imaging Searches Are Not Returning Any Results After Upgrading to 12c (Doc ID 2764188.1)

Symptoms

To upgrade a system from 11g to 12c, a "Lift and Shift" was completed, and then an in-place upgrade to 12.2.1.3.0.

After the upgrade, Imaging searches were not returning any results.

Users would see the following when running a search.

No search results found. Modify your search parameters and try again.

Searching the same values in UCM returned results.
