How to Make PDF Report Automatically Save to Client Local Disk Using Web.Show_Document (Doc ID 2764431.1)

Goal

A report may be generated as PDF document and opened from Forms client directly by using WEB.SHOW_DOCUMENT. 

This document demonstrates how to change this default behavior and save report to local disk instead of opening it in PDF reader.
