BPM “An Unresolvable Error” After Trying To Get "User Details" From BPM Workspace

After applying Jan2021 cpu patch 32260099 for SOA BPM for version 12.2.1.3 we receive “An Unresolvable Error” After Trying To Get "User Details" From BPM Workspace (with the error “An unsolvable error has occurred. Please contact your administrator for more information”) is thrown.

“An Unresolvable Error” After Trying To Get "User Details" From BPM Workspace after applying cpu Jan2021 patch 32260099 for SOA BPM.
SOA BPM version 12.2.1.3 (with the error “An unsolvable error has occurred. Please contact your administrator for more information”) is thrown.

This error seems matches the following for 12.2.1.4

The resolution is for 12.2.1.4
 Patch.31563326 - 12.2.1.4.0 - Unresolvable blank screen error when we try to see user details from worklistapp .

Does this work for version 12.2.1.3 as well or is there an additional patch or work around?
