On : APEX 20.2 version, Runtime
When attempting to run an application designed to use Azure SSO Authentication and then migrated to a runtime only production environment
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in "
"AADSTS900144: The request body must contain the following parameter: 'client_id'."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Azure SSO on an application on development environment
2. Migrate the application to a runtime only environment
3. Try to run the application on target environment and received the error at login time
