When accessing FastSwap application, it returns error "java.lang.ClassFormatError: Invalid Signature attribute at constant pool index 269"

In this case JDeveloper is not used, application was built using maven and configured debugging turned off in the maven compiler plugin.
This is equivalent to not passing in java compiler option -g in jdeveloper.
