On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, MICC Transfer to TSC

All MQ instances are down, please reboot the MQ instance(s)


Below exception is printing in OSB12c , without any functionality issue. 

MQ team confirmed that MQ service is up, able to connect MQ using explorer.
