SALT REST API with carray some characters are replaced by GWWS (Doc ID 2767057.1)

Symptoms

Tuxedo service using FML32 buffer that contains carray field. SALT configured to call this service using REST

Based in SALT documentation, carray content must use base64 encoding.

Service ECHO_1 using FML32 with field CLIENT_ARR_IN defined as carray

Need to send "toto<>titi"  value to ECHO service

The GWWS does not populate the FML buffer with correct value, when using carray fields.
