Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, Failure is seen with Exalogs when collecting data from Exalogic Control vServers with following expect command timeout error.

Looking into exalogs tarball there are missing dirs/files such as ./opscenter/config, ./ovmm/logs ./ovmm/config or ./db/logs though actually exist on Exalogic Control.
