On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, OID LDAP Server

After applying patch 32388309 OID BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.3.210115, the OID processes fail on startup.

nodemanager.log shows:

Rolling back the patch causes the OID server to work again.
