Symptoms
Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Authentication Fails HTTP 500 Error After Running WLST Command
- Webgate configured with OAM is working and getting normal responses from the OAM Server
- To resolve a WNA issue as described in Oracle Access Manager 11gr2ps3 (OAM 11.1.2.3.0) Keberos/WNA Authentication Fails "User account is locked. Contact the Administrator" (Doc ID 2039164.1)
- After following this note (running the WLST command configTrustedInputs to increase the header size limit on the OAM Server), attempts to authenticate result in 500 Error on /oam/server/obrareq.cgi
