Symptoms

The following error is returned when attempting to view a document:

A cache exception occurred. J2EE JOC-044 An exception is occurring in the method. CacheAccess.get Error transforming document J2EE JOC-043 base exception: There was an error launching the external transformation process: /tmp/cachexxxxxxxxxxxx.tif Error : 198 - Unknown transformation error with code: 198
