Symptoms

On WebLogic 12.2.1.3 with Apache Plugin Plugin version 12.2.1.2.0 <WLSPLUGINS_12.2.1.2.0_LINUX.X64_170623.0507> when replacing  Apache Load Balancer configuration+ ProxyPass request with the Location Block and WebLogic Plugin load balancing,

For example replacing the statements: 

Authentication fails.
No errors are seen on the Apache logs or the OIM Logs.

oim-selfservice performs a “Post” operation (i.e can update the contents of the LDAP)
