Symptoms

After Upgrade to 12c: 404 Errors for /sites/Xcelerate/graphics/en_US/button/content/images/* images

When loading the Sites UI, 404 errors are seen for the following:

/sites/Xcelerate/graphics/en_US/button/content/images/save.gif
/sites/Xcelerate/graphics/en_US/button/content/images/cancel.gif
/sites/Xcelerate/graphics/en_US/button/content/images/reset_dimensions.gif

Changes

 Recently upgraded to 12c from 11g.
