Symptoms

Attempting to view a pdf document using the WebCenter Content: Imaging Launch Native Viewer fails.

After an Imaging upgrade from 11g to 12c (12.2.1.4), when users attempt to view pdf documents using the "Launch Native Viewer", the tab returns the below error in Chrome and Edge browsers. There is a workaround to download the document and open manually, but this is extremely slow for business processes.
