Goal

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, B2B Engine

Blank popup error when updating 'Document Routing ID' in B2B Document Definition

Currently testing 12.2.1.4 SOA suite and we we are seeing an unusual error when updating the document routing ID on an existing document in the B2B console. The error we see is empty (see screenshot 3). This only happens when updating routing ID. We are able to update other elements of the document without issue.

Step 1 : We are able to create an agreement as expected.
Step 2 : We can update ECS file as expected
Step 3 : Empty error when updating routing ID. We see the same 'blank' error with all of the other document setups.
