Symptoms

The WebLogic administration console is preventing to activate any sessions, thus Not able to make any configuration changes.

Latest events affecting this domain:
1. unspecified changes to the data source were performed. After that, the "Summary of Data-Sources" showed 2 blank entries.
2. As a result, not able to delete those blank entries from Admin console.
3. Not able to activate any new change from Admin console.
