Dates On WebCenter BPM Are Incorrect After Daylights Savings Time (Doc ID 2771008.1)

Symptoms

After the Daylights Savings Time shift in Ontario, Canada last March 14, 2021, the Invoice Dates in WebCenter BPM is incorrect.
For example, instead of March 12, 2021 on Imaging, it's showing as March 11, 2021.
