Unable to start OIM Server After applying oim bundle patch amid multiple OIM restarts during the post patch steps (Doc ID 2771109.1)

Goal

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Patch

OIM server not coming up after OIM BUNDLE PATCH

Following Readme, After applying the Bundle Patch to OIG 12.2.1.4, oim server may be restarted multiple times corrupting the bootstrap configuration.

The OIM server will show the following error indicating the Metadata has been imported earlier and the server will fail to Start.

Caused By: oracle.mds.core.MetadataExistsException: MDS-00044: Metadata for MetadataObject with name <fileName> already exists in the configured store.
